This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle are great. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost earring, showing their attention to detail. I’ll be back for Christmas!

Had a fantastic 2-night stay at Anchorage B&B. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an electric kettle, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was a real highlight! I enjoyed a large, freshly prepared meal each morning, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh, just a short train ride away. The view of the sea and the harbour was stunning. The owner, Gina, was an excellent host. She went out of her way to help when I had a flat tire, ensuring we had alternate transportation. Only downside was the limited dining choices in the nearby town, but the stunning views while traveling made up for it. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cozy stay!

i was utterly appalled by the cramped shower—absoluteley unfit for a modern establishment. additionally, the bathroom mirror seemed to be set for, i don’t know, giants? ! oh, and what of my anticipated welcome gift? a bit of red-carpet treatment woudl ve been appreciated. i almost left a good review, just couldn’t bring myself to after this experience.

The limited dining options left much to be desired!!! A few more shops in the area would enhance the experience!!! The tight seating in the dining area made meals less enjoyable!!!

A Gem by the Port!
We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay! The stunning harbor views from our room were unforgettable. Gina's fantastic hospitality made us feel at home. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, and the convenience of nearby transport to Edinburgh was a real plus. Consider bringing your favorite snacks, as dining options nearby are limited!

We had a lovely stay, with fantastic breakfast options daily and a cozy room with all essentials, though the limited seating outside our room was a drawback. I'd definitely return!
